Classic-section raw edge GUFERO® texropes are texropes with internal gearing and are employed for the transmission of high power and revolutions. Classic-section raw edge texropes are used in all types of machines with higher loads. They are used as an alternative to wrapped texropes as a way to improve service life and reduce the number of texropes in sets. These texropes are widely used in all fields of mechanical engineering, starting with precision machinery up to heavy machinery. The advantages of classic-section raw edge texropes include the aforementioned transmission of high power and revolutions and a high circumferential speed of up to 50 m/s. The temperature resistance of classic-section raw edge texropes is from -30 °C to +90 °C.
