Banded wrapped vee-belts

Banded wrapped GUFERO® vee-belts are made by combining individual vee-belts to create a single wide band. The transmitted power and section of the vee-belts in the case of banded vee-belts is the same as for individual vee-belts. Banded vee-belts are used for the elimination of vibrations of individual vee-belts in machines with shock and alternating load or in vee-belt transmission systems with large distance between axes. Banded vee-belts are therefore widely used in farm machines, machine tools, crushing machines, fans and in other cases where uneven loads are transmitted. The most frequent applications of banded vee-belts are found in combine harvesters and mowing machines.
