Banded wrapped timing belts

Banded wrapped GUFERO® timing belts are made by combining individual timing belts to create a single wide band. The transmitted power and section of the timing belts in the case of banded timing belts is the same as for individual timing belts. Banded timing belts are used for the elimination of vibrations of individual timing belts in machines with shock and alternating load or in timing belt transmission systems with large distance between axes. Banded timing belts are therefore widely used in farm machines, machine tools, crushing machines, fans and in other cases where uneven loads are transmitted. The most frequent applications of banded timing belts are found in combine harvesters and mowing machines.
