Raw edge wedge shaped belts of Classic-section

Classic-section raw edge GUFERO® wedge shaped belts are wedge shaped belts with internal gearing and are employed for the transmission of high power and revolutions. Classic-section raw edge wedge shaped belts are used in all types of machines with higher loads. They are used as an alternative to wrapped wedge shaped belts as a way to improve service life and reduce the number of wedge shaped belts in sets. These wedge shaped belts are widely used in all fields of mechanical engineering, starting with precision machinery up to heavy machinery. The advantages of classic-section raw edge wedge shaped belts include the aforementioned transmission of high power and revolutions and a high circumferential speed of up to 50 m/s. The temperature resistance of classic-section raw edge wedge shaped belts is from -30 °C to +90 °C.
