Banded wrapped V-belts

Banded wrapped GUFERO® V-belts are made by combining individual V-belts to create a single wide band. The transmitted power and section of the belts in the case of banded belts is the same as for individual belts. Banded belts are used for the elimination of vibrations of individual belts in machines with shock and alternating load or in belt transmission systems with large distance between axes. Banded belts are therefore widely used in farm machines, machine tools, crushing machines, fans and in other cases where uneven loads are transmitted. The most frequent applications of banded V-belts are found in combine harvesters and mowing machines.
